Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST will begin processing the same day. Each vintage shirt is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure safe delivery.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted shipping providers to ensure affordable and trackable delivery:
- Canada: Shipped via Canada Post
- United States & International: Shipped via Chit Chats, which uses USPS and other global carriers
Estimated Delivery Times
- Canada: 6–12 business days
- United States: 7–11 business days
- International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, postal delays, or seasonal volume.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and delivery method. For example, standard shipping within Canada typically starts at $24.00 and to the USA at $12.00. We do not currently offer free shipping, but we always strive to provide affordable options.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package from dispatch to delivery.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping fees.
USA Customs
We proudly ship our vintage collection to collectors across the United States. Please note the following regarding international orders:
Duties & Tariffs: Due to updated U.S. trade regulations (effective Aug 2025), commercial shipments entering the U.S. may be subject to import duties and emergency tariffs. These fees are determined by U.S. Customs and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Our Commitment to Lowering Your Costs: We specialize in authentic vintage pieces, many of which were originally manufactured in the USA or Canada.
USMCA/CUSMA Exemptions: For all items clearly labeled as "Made in USA" or "Made in Canada," King Kauna Clothing Company will explicitly declare the Country of Origin on your customs documentation. Under the USMCA trade agreement, these qualifying North American goods are generally exempt from the 35% emergency tariff and standard import duties.
Delivery Process: Most orders are shipped via Canada Post/USPS. If duties are assessed, the carrier will contact you for payment prior to delivery.
Postal Service Delays
In the event of disruptions such as strikes or service suspensions (e.g., by Canada Post), we may temporarily ship using alternate carriers to avoid delays. Any changes will be communicated clearly at checkout or by email.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
