Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and handed off to our shipping carriers within 1–2 business days. Each vintage shirt is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure safe delivery.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted shipping providers to ensure affordable and trackable delivery:
- Canada: Shipped via Canada Post
- United States & International: Shipped via Chit Chats, which uses USPS and other global carriers
Estimated Delivery Times
- Canada: 2–7 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, postal delays, or seasonal volume.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and delivery method. We do not currently offer free shipping, but we always strive to provide affordable options.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package from dispatch to delivery.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping fees.
Postal Service Delays
In the event of disruptions such as strikes or service suspensions (e.g., by Canada Post), we may temporarily ship using alternate carriers to avoid delays. Any changes will be communicated clearly at checkout or by email.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
